In spite of environmental imperfections
caused by pollution that inhibit our clean air,
the clouds remain perfect.
So white, so clean, so untouched by man’s prying hands.
So peaceful at its own pace, unable to comprehend
the technological flaws of science.
So powerful, so controlled and so programmed.
And yet, so unpredictable.
Able to create rain, snow, sleet or hail.
And still to remain one of the most fascinating
of all God’s gifts.
